Orarion
Orthodox Music Platform
Orarion is a platform for learning, writing and arranging Orthodox choral music. It is powered by the world's first notation software designed for writing unmetered music, based on musical machine reasoning. A unique, user-friendly and flexible input system allows you to write choral music almost as quickly as you type its lyrics. Orarion can read, automatically format and arrange your music, meaning you can create beautiful and clear sheet music for your choir in a matter of minutes.
We also offer our Music Digitisation and Arrangement service to Orthodox choirs at a reduced price, transforming libraries of old and handwritten music to modern, editable notation.
- Peruse our extensive chant library, reference any tone/podoben in seconds
- Put your musical vision down on paper easier and faster than ever before
- Modernise and preserve your parish library for generations to come
- Practise music in our customisable virtual rehearsal environment

From an app to a platform
We released the Orarion beta in 2018 at the Russian Orthodox Christian Musicians' Conference in Albany, NY. Since then, we have been working with our users to develop the ultimate digital companion to the liturgical work of a parish. In September 2020, we began the rollout of the complete Orarion platform, starting with its connection to the Music Digitisation Service. Access to the scorewriter, library and learning environment to follow.
